Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B technology communications.
- Strong foundation in product PR and/or partner marketing.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise landscape and media ecosystem.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external PR agencies.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple launches and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong writing and editing skills across press releases, executive posts, and media talking points.
Responsibilities
- Own communications strategy and execution for all product launches and updates—messaging development, press strategy, and internal alignment.
- Partner closely with Product and Product Marketing teams to understand technical roadmaps and turn them into simple external narratives.
- Manage the full partner PR process, from messaging and materials creation to cross-functional reviews and press strategy.
- Work hand-in-hand with PR agencies to run high-impact media programs and own day-to-day media engagement.
- Support the executive comms function with talking points and suggested leadership positioning for product- and partner-specific moments.
- Track and report on product- and partner-specific coverage, insights, and engagement to sharpen future campaigns.
