Requirements
- Several years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience owning developer-facing, security, or infrastructure products.
- Track record of making hard prioritization calls under capacity limits.
- Technical fluency to engage with engineers on CI/CD pipelines, lockfiles, and performance trade-offs.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, and leadership.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on surfacing risks early.
- Excellent written communication skills for an async-first work environment.
- Builder mindset suitable for an early-stage company defining product processes.
- Preferred: Background in software supply chain security or vulnerability management.
- Preferred: Experience in enterprise software evaluation and technical sales cycles.
- Preferred: Experience as an early or first dedicated Product Manager.
Responsibilities
- Own prioritization across customer commitments, support escalations, reliability work, and new opportunities.
- Dig underneath feature requests by talking directly with customers and testing solutions early.
- Partner with engineers and designers to turn priorities into requirements, user stories, success criteria, and project plans.
- Engage seriously with technical constraints and balance costs when evaluating options.
- Maintain a clear roadmap and provide guidance to GTM teams on commitments and timelines.
- Write down expected benefits and key assumptions for investments, measuring outcomes to inform future decisions.
