Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer.
- Strong understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, and personalization strategies.
- Understanding of Web channels architecture and API integrations with external products.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product initiatives.
- Experience with JIRA or ADO for requirement management and user story traceability.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for platform capabilities while ensuring alignment with the enterprise roadmap.
- Translate enterprise strategy and business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead development of platform capabilities including consent capture, preference updates, and policy enforcement.
- Drive platform integration with web channels and validate functionality across omnichannel use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Digital, CRM, and Legal to support platform adoption.
- Track and report on product-level KPIs such as consent capture rates and activation success.
