Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or enablement/training.
- Demonstrated mastery of onboarding or instructional design in a SaaS environment.
- Strong grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience delivering training both virtually and in person.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding cohorts and timelines independently.
- Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams and stakeholders in different time zones.
Responsibilities
- Independently design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires in EMEA, focusing on customer-facing roles.
- Design role-specific onboarding paths for functions across EMEA using judgment to resolve gaps.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics, scheduling, and progress tracking through ramp periods.
- Collect and analyze feedback from new hires and managers to improve onboarding content and pacing.
- Manage and maintain the EMEA enablement content library, ensuring content is localized and consistent.
- Represent EMEA's enablement needs to the US-based Product Enablement team.
- Collaborate with EMEA Sales, Product, and Customer Success leads to align enablement delivery with business goals.
