Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Business Operations, or Change Management.
- Proven experience building processes and programs from the ground up in a fast-moving organization.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex product launches or organizational rollouts.
- Strong change-management capabilities, including stakeholder analysis, communications, and training.
- Experience transforming qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable product recommendations.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Excellent written communication skills for explaining complex changes.
- Comfort balancing strategic problem-solving with tactical execution.
- Experience working with internal operational tools or workflows.
- Healthcare or health-technology experience preferred.
- Experience with AI-enabled or technically complex products is a plus.
- Experience working in a high-growth or scale-up environment strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable processes for organizational readiness regarding new products and workflows.
- Conduct change-impact assessments covering teams, tools, and patient experience.
- Develop rollout and adoption plans in collaboration with Product, Clinical, and Marketing teams.
- Translate technical changes into clear guidance, training materials, and documentation.
- Partner with Product and Technical Program Managers to identify launch dependencies and risks.
- Coordinate pilots and phased releases with clear success criteria.
- Build feedback loops to collect and synthesize insights from patients and internal users.
- Analyze feedback to develop actionable recommendations for product improvements.
- Improve product-development processes, roadmaps, and intake frameworks.
