Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in new product or technology development in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with PaaS or container orchestration (e.g., RKE2, EKS, AKS, GKE).
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and command-line execution (kubectl).
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure), infrastructure-as-code, and immutable infrastructure.
- Proven experience in KPI-driven environments managing product outcomes.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including story writing, estimation, and backlog refinement.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with limited supervision.
- Proactive, self-directed approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for an expanding Kubernetes container platform aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the product roadmap and backlog, balancing new features, lifecycle maintenance, and security requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable product initiatives.
- Lead discovery and validation activities to inform product direction and mitigate risk.
- Analyze container and cloud technologies to guide platform evolution.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure adoption and platform effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to implement product initiatives.
- Mentor product teams and stakeholders while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
