Requirements
- 15+ years of product management experience.
- 3–5 years managing and developing PM teams, including people managers.
- Deep experience in loans or lending systems, loan lifecycle mechanics, and platform architecture for loan servicing.
- Meaningful experience in money movement, payments infrastructure, or financial operations, including payment rails and settlement flows.
- Demonstrated ability to set and execute long-term platform strategy in ambiguous environments.
- Strong technical fluency with ability to dive into data models and API discussions.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted tools like Claude or Cursor.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience aligning executive leadership.
- Track record of building and scaling distributed, high-performing product teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 6–10 product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and rigor.
- Define the multi-year product strategy and clear roadmaps for foundational loan systems and global money movement infrastructure.
- Serve as the executive subject matter expert on loan lifecycle mechanics, payment rails, settlement flows, and institutional transfers.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Accounting, Treasury, Capital Markets, Legal, Compliance, and Client Success teams.
- Architect platform strategies that standardize loan behaviors and enable faster time-to-market for new geographies.
- Define and monitor success metrics for platform health, including reconciliation coverage, settlement success rates, and exception volumes.
- Present strategy, tradeoffs, and priorities to senior leadership to shape organizational investment.
