- Strong analytical instincts with experience defining key metrics.
- Ability to write clear requirements for engineering and communicate strategy to diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of modern PM tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex, Figma, Framer, and SQL.
- Background in edtech, learning platforms, or consumer education products is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the core learner platform experience across all user segments including college students, alumni, and working engineers.
- Translate learning, retention, and engagement goals into a prioritized roadmap.
- Utilize AI to accelerate workflows and raise the quality of shipable features.
- Lead the end-to-end development of AI-assisted learning experiences such as AI tutors and AI graders.
- Collaborate with Curriculum, Learning, and Engineering teams to power live delivery and asynchronous engagement.
- Set design standards for engaging interactions across all learner touchpoints.
- Define success metrics and conduct experiments to improve learning rates at scale.
