SalaryThe base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $149,040- $195,615 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $134,136- $176,054 per year.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, product management (ACA or Small Group), or corporate strategy
- Experience supporting product development, consumer journey mapping, improvement plans, or pilot programs
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Experience with health insurance product development, population health, or member engagement solutions (preferred)
- Familiarity with multicultural or underserved population strategies (preferred)
- Exposure to condition-based or clinically oriented product models (preferred)
- Experience in early-stage product development or experimentation (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead development of new insurance product concepts and health solutions (e.g., industry-targeted solutions, employer-subsidized offerings, ICHRA products)
- Translate enterprise and product strategy into early-stage designs, value propositions, and business cases
- Identify opportunities based on member needs, health disparities, employer demand, and market trends
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product design, clinical, network, actuarial, corporate strategy, and growth
- Coordinate inputs and timelines to move concepts from brainstorming to pilot and launch
- Support execution of pilots, track performance, and gather insights to refine or pivot concepts
