Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- Experience with platform, data, modeling, analytics, or technically complex products.
- Proven track record of building shared platform capabilities.
- Strong technical fluency with ability to partner on architecture and system design.
- Deep understanding of modeling systems and data logic.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills.
- Strong judgment in navigating ambiguous problems and complex tradeoffs.
- Experience with enterprise modeling, BI, data platforms, or spreadsheets is a plus.
- Familiarity with FP&A, sales planning, or incentive compensation is a plus.
- Experience with semantic layers, calculation engines, or low-code platforms is a plus.
- Experience building platforms for AI or agent interactions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the Modeling Platform strategy and roadmap.
- Define durable platform abstractions and shared modeling primitives.
- Partner deeply with Engineering on data models, schemas, and API design.
- Ground platform decisions in real-world modeling problems across enterprise domains.
- Connect platform architecture to product experience in collaboration with Design.
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Design stakeholders.
- Build for an AI-native future by ensuring models are understandable and interactable by agents.
