Responsibilities
- Act as the technical advisor for enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy
- Lead technical discussions around software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows
- Run proofs-of-concept and demonstrate measurable business impact
- Help customers integrate Blitzy into their existing development environments
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights
- Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executives
