Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales at an enterprise SaaS company.
- Hands-on fluency with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or Amazon Bedrock.
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and experience connecting AI agents to enterprise tools.
- Practical grounding in RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and function calling.
- Strong command of REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integration patterns including SSO, SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and iPaaS.
- Proficiency in light scripting or development using Python, JavaScript, or similar for demo environments.
- Proven ability to translate dense technical concepts into business outcomes for VP- and C-level audiences.
- Expertise in leading RFP, RFI, and security-questionnaire responses.
- Confident presence in high-stakes, live product demonstrations.
- Experience in intranet, employee experience, ITSM, or HR-tech platforms is preferred.
- Relevant cloud or AI platform certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives through discovery and closing on AI platform solutions.
- Perform technical discovery mapping HRIS, ITSM, and knowledge systems to solution architecture.
- Design and deliver live, tailored product demos and proof-of-concept builds.
- Architect and prototype agentic workflows using APIs and MCP tool connections.
- Lead and own responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
- Act as a technical evangelist, representing the company AI story at webinars and conferences.
- Provide field feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
