Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience designing, developing, or implementing software solutions for the accounting industry OR 4 years of experience performing External Audit, Review, or Compilation engagements.
- Strong interest in or understanding of AI-powered software development capabilities and their application to workflows.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with experience tracking and managing multiple deliverables.
- Resourceful self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for conferences, events, and workshops.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to help complex customers evaluate and plan the implementation of Caseware products.
- Lead technical evaluation activities including presentations, pilots, and proof of concepts.
- Advise customers on architectural, authoring, and custom development capabilities, including AI-powered tools.
- Gather and translate customer feedback into clear insights for Product teams.
- Strategize with customers on their migration journey from existing accounting and audit tools.
- Design and implement processes and systems to support consistent, scalable service delivery.
