Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience.
- 2+ years of experience at a fast-growing startup.
- Experience building B2B software for professional use.
- Experience shipping AI/ML features to production.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally across engineering, design, and GTM.
- Technical curiosity and analytical proficiency.
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into impactful products.
- Ownership mindset with high adaptability and a bias toward action.
- Experience with healthcare or clinical products is a plus.
- Experience with software that integrates with hardware is a plus.
- Knowledge of voice/speech AI, computer vision, or medical imaging is a plus.
- Dental or clinical background is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Archy’s clinical products.
- Lead cross-functionally to provide direction, make tradeoffs, and align engineering, design, and GTM partners.
- Engage with clinical staff to understand workflows and translate pain points into product requirements.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to roll out and market new capabilities.
- Establish product analytics and success metrics to measure impact and identify friction.
- Partner with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with FDA and HIPAA requirements.
- Integrate and evaluate new AI capabilities, including voice or diagnostic tools, into the product.
- Maintain technical documentation and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
