Requirements
- Fluent level of English.
- Previous payroll experience.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Independence in decision-making and ownership of tasks.
- Flexibility with working hours based on German and Italian time zones/holidays.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- CloudPay experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of German or Italian is an advantage.
- Experience with benefits systems is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and cooperate daily with Payroll and HR colleagues.
- Ensure all payroll data is captured and transferred into input files.
- Access systems and portals to download required reports.
- Answer payroll inbox queries and track actions for the payroll month.
- Process referral payments, sickness leave, and leave of absence reports.
- Conduct payroll checks and prepare sign-off reports.
- Attend payroll sign-off meetings with finance.
