Requirements
- Advanced experience developing and administering Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
- Practical experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Power Apps solutions.
- Experience administering SharePoint sites and managing site content, structure, and functionality.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, data modeling, and advanced formulas.
- Experience designing and maintaining business dashboards, analytics portals, and reporting solutions.
- Understanding of data analytics principles, reporting methodologies, data management, and performance measurement.
- Experience working with multiple data sources and improving data quality.
- Knowledge of KPI design and performance reporting.
- Business-level English proficiency and comfort using virtual communication, messaging, and conferencing tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of technical solutions.
- Reliable internet connectivity and availability during agreed working hours.
- Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform, Learning Analytics, Learning and Development metrics, enterprise-scale reporting, Agile project delivery, or continuous improvement experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support learning analytics platforms and reporting services.
- Develop, administer, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
- Support Power Apps applications and maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint sites.
- Integrate data sources and streamline data flows for accurate, accessible reporting.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to reduce manual intervention.
- Identify data quality issues, validate reporting outputs, and improve data reliability.
- Collaborate with Learning, Capability, and Reporting stakeholders to prioritize enhancements.
- Design and maintain KPI frameworks, business dashboards, and performance reports.
- Document technical architecture, reporting workflows, and operational procedures.
- Provide technical support and communicate with stakeholders across the engagement.
