Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have at least 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in international HR management supporting European jurisdictions.
- Have experience with European labor laws, employment contracts, and regulatory frameworks across multiple countries.
- Have experience managing Employer of Record relationships and cross-border employment complexities, including immigration documentation and international compliance.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Have experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
- Have experience with global HRIS platforms and compliance tracking systems; Prism experience is a plus.
- Bring strong organizational and project management skills to manage priorities, deadlines, and accurate records.
- Be able to handle sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
- A professional HR certification is preferred; listed credentials include CIPD, GPHR, SPHRi / PHRi, and SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day HR operations for European business units and international EOR and contingent worker populations.
- Support onboarding, employee changes, leave coordination, and offboarding, including documentation, approvals, system updates, and notifications.
- Prepare, review, route, and maintain employment contracts, amendments, employee letters, and related HR documentation.
- Coordinate EOR employee administration, including onboarding, benefits, payroll inputs, contractual documentation, and issue resolution.
- Support employee relations by gathering facts, maintaining case documentation, communicating approved guidance, and escalating complex matters.
- Coordinate immigration and work-authorization activities by collecting and tracking documents and liaising with stakeholders.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration, validate employee data, and resolve discrepancies with paymasters and vendors.
- Maintain employee records, case notes, personnel files, compliance documentation, and HRIS data; audit changes and profiles before payroll processing.
- Research regulatory developments and local employment practices, and support approved policy and process updates.
- Prepare reports and project updates, and support HR service-delivery and process-improvement initiatives.
