Requirements
- Have 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions and a portfolio of implementations.
- Have experience developing with Copilot Studio.
- Apply Power Platform security best practices, including secure authentication, role-based access, DLP policies and secure handling of secrets and credentials.
- Know the broader Microsoft stack, including Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse and Azure services.
- Have experience with application-to-application integrations, custom connectors, APIs and data modeling.
- Have practical knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes, particularly Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management.
- Have application support experience, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident resolution.
- Be able to prioritize incidents and requests and communicate with users, stakeholders, and technical and business teams in a production environment.
- Be fluent in English.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design and deliver scalable, secure and maintainable Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services and third-party systems using APIs and custom connectors.
- Maintain and develop the existing Copilot Studio solution.
- Work with the development team to co-create products.
- Manage support cases, contact end users and resolve tickets according to priorities.
- Perform root cause analysis and support application stability and continuity.
- Stay up to date with Power Platform features and Microsoft ecosystem developments, and identify opportunities for innovation.
