Requirements

- Be comfortable testing tools, following trends, and learning platforms.
- Use testing and iteration to optimize performance.

Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential online community groups, mainly on Facebook, and engage with them to drive sales.
- Create compelling posts and discussions that do not feel like sales pitches.
- Develop visuals and copy that attract attention and build trust.
- Address engagement drops, algorithm shifts, and content performance problems.
- Run experiments and track data to optimize the approach.
- Manage the sales pipeline from community interactions through conversions.
