Job Details

Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role within a fast-paced sales environment.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools.
Experience with quality assurance frameworks and performance coaching.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for diverse audiences.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data and drive actionable outcomes.
Familiarity with banking or fintech is preferred.
Experience with Babelforce or similar call performance tools is preferred.
A sales training or coaching certification, such as Train the Trainer, Sandler, or SPIN, is preferred.

Design and implement an enablement strategy for the inside sales team, covering onboarding, ongoing skill development, and process optimisation.
Collaborate with product teams to develop materials and sessions that support product knowledge.
Create and maintain sales scripts, objection-handling guides, playbooks, and reference documents.
Use sales tools such as Babelforce and CRM platforms to track performance and refine strategies.
Deliver interactive training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance.
Support new agents through onboarding and training until they are ready to perform in their product area.
Partner with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs.
Develop e-learning modules and microlearning resources for ongoing development.
Work with the QA team to develop quality monitoring frameworks, analyze performance data and call recordings, and provide actionable feedback.
Track and report quality assurance metrics and recommend process and KPI improvements.
