8+ years of oncology-adjacent healthcare experience (clinical, commercial, diagnostics, or life sciences).
5+ years of product management experience building and launching complex healthcare, software, AI, or technology products.
Sophisticated understanding of the oncology ecosystem and clinical workflows.
Proven ability to size markets and connect product decisions to revenue and growth.
Strong existing relationships within the oncology ecosystem or demonstrated ability to build credibility with KOLs.
Deep understanding of modern AI products and enthusiasm for agentic, AI-native development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information in ambiguous environments.
Experience with oncology-specific EHR or workflow systems (e.g., Epic Beacon, iKnowMed, ARIA) preferred.
Advanced degree (MD, MBA, or MPH) or clinical licensure (MD, APP, PA, NP, or RN) is a plus.

Define a differentiated oncology product strategy grounded in market opportunity and customer needs.
Identify unmet needs and market gaps to prioritize product investments.
Manage products end-to-end from concept through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
Write detailed PRDs that connect user problems, technical requirements, and business rationale.
Test concepts directly with customers using prototyping tools like Figma, Make, and Claude.
Partner with BD, Commercial, and Clinical teams to build go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
Monitor and report on metrics regarding product adoption, clinical engagement, and commercial performance.
