Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in oncology or urology (clinical operations, care pathways, clinical program management, or field medical).
- Direct experience in community urology or oncology settings including decision-making and workflow technology adoption.
- Proven track record of managing multi-site, multi-stakeholder programs with hard deadlines.
- Experience at an AI-native or high-growth health technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to bring clinical sites live and drive clinician adoption.
- Strong clinical fluency and credibility with oncology and urology specialists.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on risk mitigation and planning.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment with limited established processes.
- Bonus: Experience with life sciences–sponsored clinical programs (IRB, research contracting).
- Bonus: Familiarity with oncology and urology EHR systems (e.g., Epic Beacon, iKnowMed, OncoEMR, Athena).
- Bonus: Clinical licensure (RN, APP/PA/NP, pharmacist) or formal clinical training.
- Bonus: Working knowledge of NCCN guidelines and clinical decision support.
- Bonus: Experience with Salesforce or Monday.com for program tracking.
Responsibilities
- Enable and coordinate oncology care pathway delivery from contract execution through technical go-live, clinical activation, and sustained use.
- Develop tight processes for planning, anticipating, and managing site-side work including IT and EHR dependencies, IRB and research contracting, and configuration.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to build per-site activation plans and manage the project pipeline.
- Design and deliver onboarding and training for oncologists, urologists, and clinical staff.
- Build reusable training assets including quick-start guides and role-based walkthroughs.
- Serve as the clinical point of contact through activation and early adoption, representing Viz at professional society meetings.
- Establish a single source of truth for oncology site status, milestones, and blockers.
- Define clear interfaces, handoffs, and escalation paths across cross-functional teams.
