Requirements
- Proven hands-on Salesforce administration experience (flows, automations, security, reporting).
- Strong background in sales/revenue operations, forecasting methodology, and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement GTM tech stack integrations.
- Analytical skills and fluency building dashboards and reporting using Salesforce, Excel, or BI tools.
- Experience supporting quoting, deal desk, or CPQ-style processes.
- Ability to work independently and set priorities in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data cleanliness and process improvement.
- Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
- Experience with CPQ, marketing/sales engagement tools, or commission-planning tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the GTM tech stack and optimize the CRM and connected tools to ensure systems remain integrated and clean.
- Build and maintain forecasting models, pipeline reporting, and dashboards for leadership.
- Map and improve the end-to-end funnel to remove friction and align handoffs between marketing, sales, and CS.
- Turn data into actionable insight on conversion rates, sales velocity, churn, and other KPIs to inform strategy.
- Support quota and compensation planning and capacity modeling.
- Act as the connective layer between GTM teams and Finance to ensure goal alignment.
