Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing email and/or SMS marketing, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including campaigns, flows, automations, and segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with proficiency in email and marketing performance metrics.
- Experience with testing and optimizing campaigns based on performance insights.
- Ability to own key workstreams and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Beauty industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage email and SMS programs in Klaviyo, including campaigns, newsletters, flows, and automations.
- Own the email and SMS marketing calendar based on the broader Marketing Calendar.
- Manage audience segmentation, campaign builds, scheduling, and launches.
- Own email and SMS briefs from concept through execution, including copywriting and creative direction.
- Monitor performance, run tests, and analyze key KPIs using platform and Shopify data.
- Identify and implement ongoing optimization opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
- Provide regular performance reporting, insights, and recommendations.
- Partner with the Marketing team on campaign timing and channel performance improvements.
