Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, including policy development, regulatory interpretation, and program implementation.
- 3+ years conducting or supporting compliance reviews and investigations.
- Experience collaborating with business and other key stakeholders on compliance concerns and risks.
- Strong and concise communication skills, verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidance, and OIG compliance program guidance.
Responsibilities
- Provide compliance advisory support to business stakeholders.
- Independently perform compliance investigations.
- Assist with auditing and monitoring activities.
- Advance policy governance and development.
- Translate regulations into practical guidance that balances risk and business needs.
