Job Details

J.D. degree and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Eligibility to serve as in-house counsel in Nevada.
6–8+ years of healthcare regulatory experience in a leading practice, AmLaw group, or in-house digital health/payer role.
Direct, hands-on experience with PC-MSO or friendly-PC structures.
Strong command of corporate practice of medicine, fee-splitting, telehealth requirements, and HIPAA.
Experience developing or materially contributing to a healthcare compliance program.
Knowledge of fraud and abuse laws including Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, EKRA, and False Claims Act.
Experience with healthcare privacy, prescribing, and digital health regulatory requirements.
Ability to work autonomously and translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance.
Strong business judgment with the confidence to challenge leadership on regulatory and safety matters.

Build and operate a comprehensive healthcare compliance program including policies, SOPs, training, and auditing.
Own the legal integrity of PC-MSO structures across all states of operation.
Draft and update management services agreements and govern affiliated professional entities.
Advise cross-functional teams on new products, care models, and expansion initiatives.
Maintain state-by-state telehealth regulatory matrices, risk registers, and legal position papers.
Provide regulatory guidance on DEA prescribing, clinical licensure, and pharmacy relationships.
Oversee privacy and data compliance including HIPAA, FTC Act, and state consumer health data laws.
Review marketing claims, clinical workflows, and referral relationships for fraud and abuse compliance.
