- Build and run an effective compliance program aligned with OIG guidance, including policies, training, and risk assessments.
- Own the legal integrity of the PC-MSO structure in all states of operation, managing management services agreements and clinical governance.
- Advise business teams on regulatory strategy for new products, care models, and multi-state expansion.
- Manage clinical workforce matters including multi-state licensure, scope of practice, and clinician contracting.
- Ensure compliance with DEA telemedicine prescribing, pharmacy relationships, and state prescribing rules.
- Serve as the Privacy Office function for HIPAA, state consumer health data laws, and AI governance.
- Review marketing, influencer arrangements, and patient acquisition channels for FTC and state law compliance.
