Job Details

J.D. and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Eligibility to serve as in-house counsel in Nevada.
6–8+ years of healthcare regulatory experience at a top healthcare practice, AmLaw firm, or digital health organization.
Direct, hands-on experience with PC-MSO/friendly PC structures, CPOM, and fee-splitting doctrines.
Strong command of telehealth practice rules, multi-state licensure, HIPAA, and state medical board regulations.
Experience advising on or contributing to a healthcare compliance program.
Proven track record of providing decisive, risk-calibrated guidance to commercial teams.
Experience in digital health through periods of multi-state expansion is preferred.
Knowledge of DEA telemedicine prescribing, controlled substance workflows, and MSO oversight is preferred.
Prior service as a Chief Compliance Officer or Privacy Officer is a plus.
Experience with government investigations, board inquiries, or OCR matters is preferred.

Build and run an effective compliance program aligned with OIG guidance, including policies, training, and risk assessments.
Own the legal integrity of the PC-MSO structure in all states of operation, managing management services agreements and clinical governance.
Advise business teams on regulatory strategy for new products, care models, and multi-state expansion.
Manage clinical workforce matters including multi-state licensure, scope of practice, and clinician contracting.
Ensure compliance with DEA telemedicine prescribing, pharmacy relationships, and state prescribing rules.
Serve as the Privacy Office function for HIPAA, state consumer health data laws, and AI governance.
Review marketing, influencer arrangements, and patient acquisition channels for FTC and state law compliance.
