Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, solution architecture, or business analysis.
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud design and delivery on at least two full-lifecycle implementations.
- Direct experience in the healthcare industry (payer, provider/IDN, medtech, or pharma).
- Expertise in Health Cloud data models, Person Accounts, Care Programs, and utilization management.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, PHI handling, and Salesforce Shield.
- Experience designing integrations with systems such as Epic, HL7/FHIR, or core administration platforms.
- Proven ability to lead design workshops and facilitate stakeholder consensus.
- Proficiency with flow-charting and data-modeling tools like Lucidchart.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 25%).
Responsibilities
- Lead functional solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud projects using HLS data models and out-of-the-box features.
- Conduct discovery and design sessions with client stakeholders across the payer, provider, medtech, and pharma sectors.
- Author and maintain functional design documentation including data model mappings, process flows, and user stories.
- Design solutions for a regulated environment ensuring HIPAA compliance, PHI handling, and appropriate security controls.
- Collaborate with technical leads to define end-to-end architectures including integrations with EHRs and billing systems.
- Provide technical mentorship to the team and support pre-sales activities including demos and project estimates.
