Requirements
- Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
- 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
- 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
- 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel.
- 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
- 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
- Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).
- Proficiency with EHR, video conferencing, AI scribe tools, and clinical decision support systems.
- Certification in Menopause (MSCP) or Obesity Medicine is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full patient panel for perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep via virtual visits.
- Prescribe and independently manage HRT including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.
- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies.
- Maintain productivity benchmarks and meet high-volume documentation requirements.
- Engage in ongoing, relationship-based care through follow-up visits.
