Requirements
- Active Board Certified CA (California) PMHNP license in good standing.
- Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population.
- 6+ months working in telehealth.
- Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period.
- Grounded in evidence based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care.
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite.
- RN Compact licensure preferred.
- Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model.
- Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist.
- Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow-ups using clinical judgment to determine session length.
- Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices.
- Manage patient-facing appointment time averaging 5-10 hours per week.
