Salary$145,000 - $203,800 a year. The above compensation represents total compensation. Total compensation is equal to our base salary of $145,000 plus Headlights monthly billed hour bonus. Est. Total Yearly Compensation at 25 billed hours- $169,000; Est. Total Yearly Compensation at 27 billed hours- $182, 920; Est. Total Yearly Compensation at 30 billed hours- $203, 800.

Requirements
- Have at least 12 months of experience post licensure in a psychiatric clinical setting.
- Hold a master's degree in Nursing with a specialty in Psychiatric Nursing.
- Hold board certification via ANCC or AANP.
- Have valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based on clinic location.
- Maintain an active DEA in the state where prescribing.
- Demonstrate proficiency with electronic health record systems to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories.
- Bring knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders.
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy across software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
- Be able to adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
- NextGen familiarity is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders.
- Offer individual and group therapy to patients.
- Prescribe and monitor medications when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of patient visits and progress.
- Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families about mental health and emotional disorders.
- Participate in community outreach and education.
