Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Oklahoma PMHNP license.
- PMHNP-BC board certification.
- Active DEA license.
- Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program.
- Experience with or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Comfort working independently in a telehealth environment.
- Strong clinical judgment and genuine empathy.
- Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop diagnostic formulations.
- Create individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients and families.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications while monitoring effectiveness, safety, and clinical progress.
- Provide brief supportive interventions and psychoeducation alongside medication management.
- Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators through regular case consultation.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our EHR.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, treatment options, and expected outcomes.
