Requirements
- Active board certification: FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC.
- 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
- 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
- 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel and making autonomous clinical decisions.
- 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
- 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
- Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).
- Fluent with technology including EHR, video, AI scribe tools, and Slack.
- Ability to carry a full patient panel and meet productivity targets.
- Certification in Menopause (MSCP) or Obesity Medicine preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep patient panels virtually.
- Prescribe and independently manage HRT including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.
- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies.
- Make autonomous clinical decisions in a high-volume patient environment.
- Maintain consistent documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks.
- Conduct efficient, warm, and high-standard virtual patient visits.
