Requirements
- Active board certification: FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC.
- 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
- 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
- 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel with autonomous clinical decision making.
- 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
- 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
- Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).
- Fluent with technology including EHR, video, AI scribe tools, and Slack.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with reliable high-speed internet.
- Florida (FL) license required.
Responsibilities
- Carry a full patient panel for ongoing, relationship-based care.
- Manage perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep virtually.
- Prescribe and independently manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies.
- Make autonomous clinical decisions daily.
- Maintain high productivity benchmarks and accurate, efficient electronic documentation.
