Requirements
- Active board certification: FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC.
- 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
- 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
- 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel and making autonomous clinical decisions.
- 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
- 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
- Possession of multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).
- Proficiency with EHR, video conferencing, AI scribe tools, and clinical decision support.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with reliable high-speed internet.
- Certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full patient panel through ongoing, relationship-based virtual care.
- Address perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep issues.
- Prescribe and independently manage HRT including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.
- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies.
- Maintain clinical documentation and meet high-volume productivity benchmarks.
- Make autonomous clinical decisions daily within a fast-paced virtual environment.
