Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related role in the banking and financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of banking laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance best practices.
- Strong ability to analyze regulatory updates and translate them into actionable policies.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI Agents for process automation.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to detect potential risks.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and regulators.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to regulatory changes.
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) is preferred.
- Experience or interest in crypto, blockchain, or startups is preferred.
- Product management or product development experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage components of the Compliance Management System (CMS) and collaborate across departments.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and oversee internal audits to identify and mitigate risks.
- Integrate compliance controls into daily operations through cross-functional collaboration.
- Advise on compliance, risk, and control strategies for new and existing product development.
- Oversee compliance policy governance and ensure consistent implementation.
- Manage the complaint handling process to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain administrative oversight of compliance training via the learning management system.
- Manage internal and external compliance reporting obligations.
- Coordinate responses to regulatory examinations, third-party audits, and bank partner reviews.
- Monitor, interpret, and communicate emerging regulatory updates from FinCEN, OFAC, and the Wyoming Division of Banking.
