Job Details

Bachelor’s degree.
8+ years of pharmacy experience, including exposure to PMP reporting, regulatory compliance, and multi-site operations.
5+ years of leadership experience, including direct or indirect leadership.
Experience leading enterprise initiatives or projects without direct supervisory authority.
Experience supporting audits, inspections, or compliance programs.
Active, unrestricted pharmacist license or Juris Doctor (J.D.) with healthcare/pharmacy concentration preferred.
Knowledge of multi-state PMP reporting requirements.
Working knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, regulations, and DEA requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Access).
Experience in long-term care, specialty, or retail/multi-location pharmacy environments preferred.
Ability to travel approximately 10% for business-related events.

Serve as an enterprise subject matter expert for pharmacy professional practice standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead and oversee the enterprise Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PMP) compliance program across all applicable jurisdictions.
Develop, maintain, and revise enterprise pharmacy policies and procedures.
Support enterprise inspection readiness programs, including regulatory inspections and audits.
Collaborate with Quality and Risk Management teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Manage pharmacy licensing department initiatives, including pharmacy permits and practitioner licensing.
Lead complex enterprise projects involving professional practice, compliance, and operational initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance concerns and regulatory inquiries.
