Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory implementations, or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
- Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations governed by the Department of Insurance and CMS.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Experience with compliance systems, metrics, and reporting preferred.
- Ability to work from a dedicated home space without interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information.
- Self-provided internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert and point-of-contact for individual state and federal implementations.
- Research, understand, and apply laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance for federal and state compliance issues.
- Analyze business requirements and complex issues to provide regulatory guidance to business partners, Law, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.
- Develop and track a caseload of implementations spanning both enterprise-wide and state rules.
- Partner with Law, Risk, Compliance, and other operational partners to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
- Lead and participate in meetings, providing compliance guidance and direction.
