Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, security, or AI risk governance.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing AI assessments, applications, or technology deployments for policy compliance.
- Strong program execution and operational delivery experience.
- Experience developing operational documentation, procedures, playbooks, and user stories.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Responsible AI impact assessment reviews to evaluate AI use cases against governance controls.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to guide them through compliance processes and mitigate identified risks.
- Document review outcomes, recommendations, and decisions with operational rigor.
- Design and implement program processes, operating procedures, and knowledge management resources.
- Develop requirements, user stories, and implementation plans for compliance transformation.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track program health and key performance indicators.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Draft communications and training materials to support successful program implementation.
