Job Details

3-5+ years of experience in training operations, learning operations, professional services delivery, or workforce scheduling.
Experience managing complex resource allocation, scheduling matrices, or staffing workflows.
Experience directly administering scheduling, training, learning, or CRM systems.
Strong spreadsheet and data-management skills with experience identifying operational risks.
Proven ability to improve manual workflows through automation, system configuration, or technology solutions.
Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data for leadership.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with facilitators and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a high-volume, dynamic environment with effective prioritization skills.
General working availability aligned with Eastern Time, including early-morning hours.
BA/BS or equivalent professional experience.

Own the daily execution of systems and processes moving professional learning sessions from booking to delivery.
Manage end-to-end facilitator assignment workflows across virtual and onsite engagements.
Balance complex scheduling trade-offs including logistics, working-hour sustainability, and cost efficiency.
Manage operational changes such as reschedules and cancellations to resolve delivery risks.
Track and analyze booking patterns and facilitator utilization to maintain capacity visibility.
Identify operational friction and implement improvements through workflow simplification and automation.
Serve as the primary escalation point for urgent operational issues.
