Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in professional learning design, instructional coaching, adult learning facilitation, or education program operations.
- Proven track record of designing or managing quality assurance or certification frameworks for external partners or delivery networks.
- Strong analytical capability to synthesize multi-source data including surveys, observation rubrics, and qualitative feedback.
- Excellence in high-stakes facilitation and math pedagogy.
- Direct classroom teaching, instructional leadership, or district-level professional development experience.
- Experience building operational systems and routines from ambiguity.
- Ability to deliver candid, actionable feedback with tact and firmness.
Responsibilities
- Set and enforce certification standards and evaluation criteria for external professional learning partners.
- Design and run quality monitoring, including observations, delivery QA, and analysis of partner-specific survey data.
- Synthesize participant feedback across all channels to identify actionable insights for the delivery team.
- Develop and pilot new specialized delivery models, such as curriculum professional learning and condensed sessions.
- Personally lead high-stakes or complex professional learning experiences to model best practices and inform quality improvements.
- Identify and remediate partner performance issues to maintain high service standards.
