Job Details

4-7+ years of relevant experience with meaningful ownership of social media for a premium, challenger consumer or lifestyle brand.
Deep understanding of social-first brand storytelling and platform-specific rhythms.
Excellent creative instincts with a discerning eye for design.
Experience developing social concepts, stories, and briefs.
Proven ability to build and nurture engaged social communities.
Strong analytical skills to use performance data for strategy optimization.
Demonstrated interest in wellness, sustainability, and outdoor lifestyle.
Experience in premium categories such as beauty, wellness, food, fashion, or travel is preferred.
Strong collaboration skills to work with creative, founder, and marketing teams.

Own Ursa Major’s social strategy, editorial direction, and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels.
Develop social-first concepts and stories highlighting the brand, products, ingredients, people, and Vermont roots.
Work closely with the creative team and founders to execute social content ideas.
Build and nurture an engaged social community using creator CRM tools.
Monitor and respond to cultural trends and social sentiment regarding the brand and competitors.
Lead organic social support for product launches, campaigns, events, and brand partnerships.
Partner with the Growth team to identify high-performing content for paid amplification.
Analyze engagement, performance, and insights data to iterate and improve content strategy.
Collaborate with the Creator Marketing lead to integrate social storytelling with the creator ecosystem.
Build and manage a future social team.
