Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar PBP model.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced and demanding technology company.
- Experience supporting engineering and/or product organizations.
- Deep expertise and vision regarding AI and its impact on work.
- Ability to focus on business outputs and impact as the primary driver.
- Strong orientation toward data combined with an appreciation for on-the-ground anecdotes.
- Ability to apply analysis and logic over emotional appeals while maintaining empathy.
- Skepticism toward traditional HR orthodoxy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the 'Chief People Officer' for assigned Product and Engineering teams.
- Refine and guide People programs including levelling, promotions, and performance management cycles.
- Drive organizational strategies like workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Gather anecdotal team feedback to report to team leaders and the Chief People Officer.
- Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards teams to improve operational execution.
