Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
  • At least 2–3 years supporting multi-entity, multi-country, or complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading employee relations investigations and managing performance-related processes.
  • Working knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance considerations across the US, Canada, UK, and New Zealand.
  • Experience advising senior leaders at Director level and above.
  • Ability to balance employee advocacy with sound business judgment and organizational priorities.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Experience using people analytics and workforce data to inform HR strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders across multiple business units and legal entities, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and people priorities.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters from investigation through resolution, including performance concerns, workplace conflicts, and separations.
  • Own the performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and manager coaching.
  • Develop and scale HR programs focused on employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Analyze people metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance distribution to identify trends.
  • Partner with Total Rewards and Payroll to support competitive and compliant compensation and benefits practices.
  • Support organizational change, restructuring, and post-acquisition integration initiatives.
