- Experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change management and organizational transformation.
- Proven experience with strategic workforce and succession planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret HR data.
- Strong consulting and influencing skills with senior leadership experience.
- Ability to work in a global environment and accommodate varying time zones.
- Experience serving as a trusted confidante to senior business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Drive comprehensive HR strategies supporting functional and business unit goals.
- Partner strategically with Director-level leadership to deliver business outcomes.
- Champion change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Maintain workforce analytics and HR reporting using advanced Excel capabilities.
- Facilitate succession planning and talent review processes to build organizational capability.
- Collaborate across functions and geographies within a complex, matrixed environment.
- Monitor recruitment processes and influence workforce planning efforts.
