Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in data administration, reporting, analysis, or HR technology.
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and administration (HCM, integrations, Studio, security, recruiting, payroll, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Human Resources, payroll, benefits, and relevant legal principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
- Strong understanding of data visualization and the ability to present information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with business process analysis, data auditing, and data integrity controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards.
- Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Perform complex data audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Troubleshoot reports and system issues related to user access, configuration, or updates.
- Build and support integrations between Workday and internal or external systems.
- Assess the impact of system updates and releases on reporting functionality.
- Maintain documentation for reporting processes, configurations, and system maintenance.
