Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, procurement finance, supply chain finance, consulting, or operations finance.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial analysis tools.
  • Ability to work accurately with large and complex datasets while maintaining strong business relevance.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex operational and financial data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to travel by air and ground as required.
  • Fluent written and verbal English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Treasury, Accounting, and FP&A leaders to improve margin, cash flow, inventory productivity, working capital, and forecast accuracy.
  • Track, validate, and report procurement savings, supplier rebates, cost-reduction initiatives, and value realization across direct and indirect spend.
  • Analyze supplier spend, commodity trends, and working capital drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario plans to support sourcing, supplier negotiations, and logistics decisions.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards for executive-level reporting.
  • Present findings to senior leadership to influence decisions and support corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, strengthen controls, and improve decision-making processes.
