Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of professional experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
- Professional experience within a SaaS or software company.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to travel by air and ground as required.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Accounting to support growth, profitability, and resource allocation.
- Develop business cases and financial models for investments, pricing, and strategic projects.
- Monitor SaaS-specific metrics including ARR, MRR, retention, churn, and Rule of 40.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and board-level presentations communicating performance drivers and outlook.
- Support monthly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Perform variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and plans.
- Assist with earnings activities, SEC reporting, and investor communications.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data governance.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of Tagetik and related planning systems.
