Requirements
- Three to seven years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, treasury, or a comparable analytical finance role.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
- Solid command of the three financial statements and operational cash flow dynamics.
- Experience building or maintaining a cash forecast.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or a comparable accounting system.
- Comfort using AI tools (specifically Claude) as a working partner with output verification.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy, ownership, and discretion with confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and refresh recurring management reporting, including monthly P&L packages, KPI dashboards and brand level performance summaries.
- Build and maintain financial models in Excel covering revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, operating expense and headcount.
- Perform budget versus actual and period over period variance analysis, and write clear commentary.
- Own the rolling thirteen week cash forecast, updating receipts, disbursements and financing activity.
- Prepare daily cash on hand and available credit reports across all bank accounts and entities.
- Support borrowing base reporting, covenant tracking and lender reporting packages.
- Analyze product, channel and brand profitability by combining COGS, inventory, and financial data.
- Document reporting templates and processes to ensure scalability and continuity.
